1. RETURNS - PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement since the nature of the clothing and footwear items is such that sometimes they may not cover your expectations due to the non-physical presence of the during the purchase..

So whether the return is due to a change in size, color or for any other reason such as for example because you were not happy with your product, the possibility of returning within 14 days is provided from the day of receipt.

If the return is not made within 14 days then we have the right not to accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction. We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one written by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline.

In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and it is in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Address, Bill of Lading, etc.).In the event of a change of size, design, color in a garment, shoe, accessory due to a customer's misjudgment, the customer sends us back the goods in question with Speedex free of charge and we send the new goods with a charge of 3.5 euros. (Applies exclusively to returns within Greece)

For better service after telephone communication, it can be replaced with delivery-collection.

Product Returns .

In short, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:

▪ the return must be made within 14 days from the day of receipt. (In cases where it was not delivered on time, the replacement time is longer)

▪  the return must be done with the same courier that deliver the product the product has not been used.

▪ the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Account, Bill of Lading, etc.)

If the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions it will not be received by our Company  and will be returned to sender. Otherwise the reshipment cost  (product replacement) is 3.5 euro.

It is clarified that changes are always made to the current product price for the product you want to buy and to the market price for the product you want to replace. In the event that the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you are returning, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the resulting difference or a refund of the resulting difference.

All of the above applies to orders that are sent within Greece. For foreign orders, the costs of the change are borne solely by the customer.

2. CANCELLATION OF ORDER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUND)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without specifying the reasons. To meet the withdrawal period, you must tell us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. You must return the products immediately but in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of withdrawal from the sales contract, and in suitable packaging.This period is deemed to be met if you send the products before the end of this period.

If you withdraw from a sales contract during during the withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received from you for the purchase of the product, (provided that the returned product corresponds to the full order and provided that the product has not been used.), no later than within fourteen (14) days, from the date we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returned products as described above.The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus 3.5eu related to the cost of shipping, returning and packaging the product. If  and our company will proceed with the refund, the discount coupon you received automatically when you received your order, 5% you do not cancel and you can use it in the next purchase.

For this refund we will use the same payment method you used to make the original transaction.We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.

For faster processing of the transaction use Ibans belonging to accounts  ; of banks Alpha Bank, National. In Banks other than the above, extra charges may arise to the customer from his own bank to him, which correspond to the respective price list of each bank for which we bear no responsibility.

You should only pay for any reduction in the value of the products if the reduction in value is due to mishandling by you in ascertaining the nature, characteristics and function of the products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

You do not have a right of withdrawal for products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene are damaged or damaged and when the product tag has been removed after  the delivery.
