2. Shipping to other countries.
For shipping to all the countries of European Union as well (Albania, Fyrom, Bulgaria) there is a 9.90 eu charge and the payment, can be done only by Bank transfer.
There is possibility of increased charges in some countries ( like Russia, Ukraine, etc.)
In this case you can see the shipping charges as soon as the product is added to the basket.
Note 1. For shipping outside the EU the recipient may be asked to pay extra (taxes, customs, etc) according to each country’s laws.
Before making your order, it would be good to be informed for any possible extra cost that may occur during your delivery. Note 2. For special cases (for products with weight more than normal) weighing of the product may be necessary in order to estimate the extra cost of delivery.
2. Estimated delivery time.
For every country (except from Cyprus) the estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 working days. As long as the product is sent the customer is informed for the course of the delivery with e-mail from the sales department.
3. Returns – Changes.
For any return – change for all the countries,and Cyprus the return and the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
4. D.H.L. - Hellenic post.
Every shipping abroad is done with DHL & Hellenic Post. DHL Shipping Cost 25 eu- Hellenic Post Shipping Cost 18 eu.

Für alle EU-Länder, sowie für Länder außerhalb EU (z.B Albanien, FYROM, Bulgarien, Rumänien) Versandkosten sind 25 Euro und zahlungsart is ausschließlich PAYPAL oder BANKÜBERWEISUNG. Für manche Gebieten von Russland Versandkosten sind 25 Euro.
Bemerkung 1. Bestellungen ausserhalb EU können extra Kosten für den Kaufer haben (Zoll, usw.), gemäß den jeweiligen lokalen Gesetzen. Es wäre gut für Sie, darüber Auskunft zu bekommen, ob für Ihre Bestellung extra Kosten mitzurechnen sind.
